Below are the rules for using Widgie World. Please help to keep Widgie World a fun and safe place by not breaking these rules.
This includes anywhere on the site - your lookup details, your shop, forum posts, private messages, etc.
If you see a user ruining the site for others by breaking any of these rules, please contact us.

Seven To Remember

1) You may not use stuff from our site anywhere else - this includes (but is not limited to) pictures, text, scripts - whether it be submitted by Widgie World, or by Widgie World users.

2) No posting - or linking to - inappropriate material. This means no swearing, no hacking, no scamming, no violence, no illegal activity, offensive material, etc.

3) No harassing site users or admin.

4) No asking for personal details. Also, you may only give out personal details via private messages, and not on the forums.

5) No spam or advertising.

6) If you sign up for any sites linked to on Widgie World, you agree to their Terms & Conditions too.

7) You understand that breaking these rules will lead to loss of privileges within Widgie World, and possible freezing of your account.

In order to use any of the services or features provided on Widgie World, you agree to the following Terms And Conditions:

1) You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute, in any way or form, any materials used on Widgie World, WITHOUT prior permission from our web manager and a clear message stating that the material was extracted from Widgie World. This includes, but is not limited to, images, codes, software, or anything else featured on the site. You may download and use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

2) You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute, in any way or form, any materials protected under copyright by any company on any feature of Widgie World, WITHOUT prior permission from the owner of the materiel. This includes, but is not limited to, images, codes, software, quotes, or anything else protected under copyright laws.

3) You may not post, link to, advertise or suggest inappropriate or illegal content on any part of Widgie World. This means no language or images that are of an offensive, violent, illegal or inappropriate nature, nor linking to, or advertising in any way, any website which may contain language or images that are of an offensive, sexual, violent or illegal nature.

4) You may not use Widgie World as a place for targeting an individual or group of people, or posting comments or images of an offensive nature to an individual or group of people. This means no racist, sexist, ageist or any other kind of prejudiced comments, suggestions or pictures. It also means you may not link to or advertise websites which may contain material of this nature.

5) You may not harass other users of any part of Widgie World or use any feature on Widgie World as a base or meeting point for illegal or inappropriate activities. This includes, but is not limited to, chat and forum monitors and any other staff of Widgie World as well as other Widgie World users, on chat rooms, forums, email forms or addresses obtained from Widgie World, pages or any other feature of the site.

6) You may not use Widgie World to pass on, through any means, information about any individual or group of people without their consent, whether the original source of the information be Widgie World, another website, or any other means.

7) You may not use Widgie World to obtain, through any means, and pass on, thought another website or any other means, information about any individual or group of people without their consent.

8) You may not use Widgie World for advertising your site or any other irrelevant site by sending spam to e-mail addresses obtained on the site. You may not use Widgie World or any feature on it as a method of mass-advertising. You may include a link to your site when you post on a forum, or at the bottom of an email, and other similar methods of contact, or inform somebody about a site which may be of use or interest to them specifically, as long as it also follows condition 2. If you wish to advertise your site on Widgie World, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

9) Although we do our best to make sure that a monitor is present at all times on all the forums and chat rooms on Widgie World, and to ensure that all content is carefully filtered, Widgie World will not be held responsible for any inappropriate material saved onto the website, or linked to from the website, by users. However, if you report the material the Contact Us page, we will do our best to make sure it is taken offline and the user who is responsible for it banned from the website.

10) If you use any services of other websites which are listed or referred to on Widgie World, including our sponsors, you are subject to the Terms Of Service of that company or website.

11) Widgie World reserves the right to close down any account, reject any post or ban any address from Widgie World without giving warning or reason. However, if you feel you have been unfairly removed from the site, please contact us through the Contact Us.

IF YOU BREAK ANY OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE AS STATED ABOVE, YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THIS WEBSITE AND YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER WILL BE NOTIFIED. IF YOU NOTICE ANY USER DISOBEYING THE TERMS OF SERVICE AS STATED ABOVE, PLEASE CONTACT OUR REPORT STAFF THROUGH THE CONTACT US PAGE.
